Backstreet Boys Concert - June 24th
And there i was; in awe.
The Backstreet Boys came out and started the concert with a bang.
The Call.
Nice dance moves. well. typical Backstreet Boy dance moves. the way i like it. :D
woots.
nick is so cute.
nick is so fat.
nick looks like someone from the back. i cant say who. hehe.
and somewhere in the middle of the concert, i was waving wildly and screaming Nickkkkk.
and i dunno. he waved back. maybe at me. maybe at the whole sector.
but there is a chance that he was returning my wave.
dude. whatever makes me happy.
but seriously.
and thennnnnnn.

Brian jumped off the stage; jumped over the barricade and ran up the west wing.
Jiaying and I straight away ran towards the direction he was heading; sonia followed suit.
and woots.
WE SHOOK BRIAN'S HAND.
OUR RIGHT HANDS HAS BEEN TOUCHED BY A BACKSTREET BOY.
BY AN INTERNATIONAL STAR.
and that makes us THE BACKSTREET GIRLS.
lucky Jy to shake his hand first. and then me. and then sonia. and then i dunno who.
and Brian is so cute la. making goofy faces and doing funny moves.
i remembered how i have neutral feelings for Brian but heyyy, he totally changed my perception of him.
the wonders of meeting him LIVE and DIRECT.
anyways, he ran up to the west wing and he looked so bloody blur. so cute! he was like "huh. ok wait. what am i doing here."
and sonia, jy and i were the first three to shake his hand.
and then a whole lot of crowd. and he shook a couple more hands and the bloody security guard pushed us away and he scratched me la.
but i managed to shake brian's hand AGAIN since i was nearest to him then. he looked at me. He LOOKED at ME. gosh.
his hands are rough la. and firm. wow.
and then he went off and sonia, jy and i were screaming; plainly starstrucked.
and sonia was like why why why did brian came to this side.
wow. it's just for us. wow. so sweet!
there's more. ok later.
back to the concert.
and there's nick banging the drums with a very weird repetitve body movement and sonia and i burst out laughing.
so retarded la nick. same old.
and AJ looked like a thinner version of Undertaker. totally gothic i think. and super cool. and yes, his voice is bloody low.
and Howie is such a sweetheart. tt cute curly hair and tiny little dance moves. so smooth!
and he went to touch everyone's hand on the first row la. gosh. so nice!
and then somewhere in the beginning, i tot i had eye contact with brian. yea sure we were like 7m away from the stage but tt glint in his eyes set me wondering...
maybe he happened to looked at my direction.
gosh. this happens to be a Brian night!
and they sang All I Have To Give.
my all time favourite.
and they did the hat thing. always love it. i remembered rewinding the tape back and forth back and forth to learn those hat dance moves when i recorded the live in Orlando concert when i was in primary 6.
same old same old.
so nostalgic!
and then finish.
gosh. the sound system sucked to the core. couldnt hear wad they were saying. slow feedback and there were echoes.
and then off we went.
and somehow, we went out at the right timing and once out of the concert hall, we heard screaming and saw crowds of ppl and we being the ...ok dunno...we being the whatever, we ran down, dashing pass ppl and squeeze our way to the front near the barricade.
well honestly, i was just running for the sake of running and the sake of squeezing just to see them LIVE after a concert.
and sonia was right behind me! arent we good squeeze-ers. haha.
and then AJ came out.
he waved.
and then Kevin and Howie and Nick was the last.
didnt see Brian tho. the cute goofy Brian that i am infatuated with.
and the they went to the van and by tt time i didnt care and i ran off on my own. Sorry Sonia and Jy! gee.
and climbed over the barricade. sat on the barricade, waiting for the perfect moment to jumped down and dash towards their van.
and managed to dash upfront to the second van.
Kevin was inside. And he was just lookin around. and did a slight wave, i think.
and i was waving wildly at him, like a mad girl.
but hey, at least he saw me. wuauhuauahuha.
eeee. why kevin so dao! and he was the first to leave the stage after the last song la. boo!
and then the last van and brian brian brian.
me being me, i waved and waved and he smiled and waved back.
the security guard were just saying "move back" so what the hell and i was smiling and there were noone else except me and a couple of security guards.
the rest of the fans are like behind the barricade.
gosh! why werent sonia and jy with me! it would be much much cooler la!
anyways, i think i look like a freak la.
seriously.
so overall, it was good. Jy kept gyrating and singing and i was just standing there looking at them, watchin them.
unbelievable.
i mean, i have waited ten years for them. and they have arrived.
and there we were in the same room; breathing in the same oxygen.
i love brian. he's such a cutie.
ooooh.
i washed my right hand already.
but there will always be the stain of Brian.
My frigging goodness.
sure the concert is laidback and i didnt perspire and stuff but the thought of them performing right before my eyes is just so...amazing.
i shall look at all my BSB portfolios.
